Our Mission
We are the first Local Freelancing Platform for Pakistan. As a philanthropic organization, our main objectives are: Azadi from Unemployment & Aid through Education.
Unemployment & underemployment contributes to low incomes, limited access to health & educational services, exploitation of labor and innumerous other handicaps.
Moreover, lack of education opportunities results in worse and in some cases even lower employment, which further magnifies the gap between the lower and upper classes.
Unemployment & underemployment and lack of education are the leading causes of social inequality. These issues not only contribute to economic disparities but also have far-reaching social and health implications.
These issues are widespread in not only various communities of Pakistan but the whole world. We need to take action, now! Help Mazdur Organization in this novel cause
Mazdur Organization has formed the two departments: Employment & Education Department to solve these issues, prevalent in not only Pakistan but the whole world, nowadays. We will offer Employment Opportunities, Freedom from Modern Slavery and Access to Education, for all. We go by the motto ‘Azadi from Unemployment. Aid through Education.’
Unemployment.
Pakistan has been experiencing alarmingly high rates of unemployment and underemployment, and sits at 19th most unemployed country as of 2023 (World Bank).
Macrotrends reports Pakistan having an unemployment rate of 6.42%, meaning that more than 4.5 million Pakistanis are surviving without a job! Besides, for the year 2004, underemployment in Pakistan increased to 14.0% and now keeps growing due to insufficient resources & opportunities, especially to the newer generations.
As a resolve, we work towards acheiving a fairer and more economically balanced society. Together with your help, Mazdur Organization can help offer the unemployed and underemployed population Azadi, leading to our next aim, Azadi from Oppression.
Illiteracy.
Pakistan has an extremely low literacy rate of 58.00%, 2019 (World Bank), which equates to nearly 100 million Pakistanis without access to proper education.
Lack of educational opportunities results in lower employment rates, and further magnifies the gap between the lower and upper classes. Moreover, Pakistan is also said to be digitally illiterate as compared to other countries.
Mazdur Organization aims to increase literacy rate in, not only Pakistan, but also worldwide. We [will] offer online courses and educational resources & opportunities, to enhance your skills in order to become highly qualified & well paid. Skills is an essential part in the process of employment, so having skills improves your chances of a getting a better job opportunity.
Employment Department.
The Employment Department has its main objective to Abolish Unemployment.
It provides freelance & job opportunities for basically anyone with any skill–from home crafting to business management and much more–just post a job listing. You can add your freelance & job services via website or SMS.
Besides, companies can add job vacancies which you can view through website or SMS by requesting us.

Message from Founder & CEO, Mazdur Organization
“Growing up in a small, simple city next to a substantial one, I was able to experience both sides of the world–on one hand, I saw breadwinners working day and night, doing all sorts of manual labor, just for their family, while on the other hand, I saw officers working in air conditioned rooms on their PCs; some offered me beverages & food just for visiting them, while others were only able to offer water. I have also been volunteering in medical camps, held for the underprivileged or disaster-stricken regions of Pakistan. Through these camps I was able to distinguish countless unfair and unvoiced handicaps the lower class, especially the bonded and child laborers, have to face compared to the upper class,” says Abdullah Wali, Founder Mazdur Organization.
Therefore, an idea was given birth, and put to life after utmost sincere efforts as Mazdur Organization, Pakistan’s first Local Freelancing Platform!
